What it is
An hourglass-shaped dry-food dispenser. Two opaque domes sit either side of a transparent centre chamber that holds the food, with a ribbed collar and a dispensing port at each end.
Rotate the aperture to change how easily food escapes. Nudged, it tumbles end over end and settles back upright.

Use and care
Use dry food or dry treats. Wet food will not fall out cleanly.
Kibble up to roughly 15 × 23 mm passes through the opening.
Made from ABS and PC plastic.
Made for dogs. Please supervise your dog while they use it, especially the first few times.
It is a food dispenser, not a chew toy. It is not made for determined chewers to work on, and it should be taken away if any part cracks, chips or splits.
The tumbler comes apart for filling and cleaning. Wash it by hand in warm soapy water and let the clear chamber dry fully before you refill it. We haven't tested it in a dishwasher, so we're not going to tell you it's dishwasher safe.

Why slow it down
Some dogs don't really eat dinner. They finish it.

Seven days to start a return
Email or WhatsApp us within seven days of your order arriving and we'll take it from there. Wait for our reply before posting anything back — unauthorised returns are the ones that go missing.

Arrived damaged, faulty, or not what you ordered? The return shipping is on us. Changed your mind? Then you arrange and pay the courier, and we ask you to use a trackable service.

What food can I use?
Dry food and dry treats. Wet food will not fall out cleanly, so it isn't suitable for this product.
How do I adjust the opening?
Each end has a dispensing port with a rotating shutter. Turn the shutter to open or close the port.
It adjusts steplessly rather than clicking between fixed settings, so you can match the opening to the food you are using. Set it wider while your dog is still working it out, and tighten it once they have.
Will it tip over or roll under the couch?
Two rounded domes and a narrow waist mean it doesn’t run away in a straight line. A nudge sends it over end over end, and it settles back upright on its own.
It’s designed to encourage slower, more interactive feeding rather than to be chased across a room.
How do I fill it?
Unscrew the dome and collar assembly — it turns off as one piece — then add dry food to the clear centre chamber, close it, and set the aperture.
Does it come apart for cleaning?
Yes — it separates into parts.
We haven't tested it in a dishwasher, so we're not going to tell you it's dishwasher safe.
