Track Your Order
Here's exactly how tracking works, and what to do if you can't find yours.

Order confirmed
Your order has been received and we've emailed you a confirmation with your order number. Nothing else is needed from you.

Preparing your order
We're getting your item ready for dispatch. Every order is checked by hand before it goes out.

On its way
Once your order ships we email you a shipping confirmation containing your courier tracking number and a link to your order status page.

Follow your order status link
The link in your shipping email is the live status of your order. It updates on its own and you don't need an account to use it.

Delivered
Your courier delivers to the address you gave at checkout. Someone should be there to receive it.

Can't find your tracking?
Message us with the email address you ordered with and we'll look it up and send it to you.
