Refund policy

If something isn't right with your order, we'd rather hear about it than have you shrug and never come back.

Your 7-day return window

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order. Contact us inside that window and we'll take it from there. This is Pawmigo's own returns commitment. It sits alongside your rights under South African consumer law — it does not replace them, and nothing here removes a right that cannot lawfully be excluded.

How to start a return

Email support@pawmigo.co.za with your order number and a sentence about what's wrong. You can also reach us on +27 74 328 5172 by phone or WhatsApp.

Please wait for our reply before posting anything back. We'll confirm the return address and what to include. Items sent back without authorisation can go missing, and we can't process what we can't identify.

Condition of returned items

For a change-of-mind return, the item should be unused and in a resalable condition, with its original packaging. This condition does not apply where the item is faulty, damaged in transit, or not what you ordered.

Damaged, faulty or incorrect items

Tell us as soon as you notice. Photographs of the item and the packaging help us resolve it quickly and are what the courier asks for. Keep the original packaging until it's sorted. You will not be asked to pay return shipping on an item that arrived damaged, is faulty, or is not what you ordered.

Who pays return shipping

Damaged, faulty or incorrect items: Pawmigo covers the return shipping.

Change of mind: you arrange and pay the return courier. Please use a trackable service — until a returned parcel reaches us we have no way to confirm it was sent.

Refunds

Once your return reaches us we inspect it and confirm the outcome by email. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method used at checkout within 30 days of us receiving the item. How long the money then takes to appear is determined by your bank or card provider, not by us.

Your statutory rights

South African consumer law gives you certain rights when buying online, including rights relating to goods that are faulty or not as described, and a cooling-off right on many electronic transactions. Nothing in this policy limits, replaces or excludes any right you have under the Consumer Protection Act, the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act, or any other applicable law.
