Free delivery anywhere in South Africa

Shipping policy

Where we ship

We ship anywhere in South Africa. We do not currently ship outside South Africa.

What it costs

Delivery is free on every order, to every address in South Africa. There is no minimum spend and no surcharge for outlying areas.

The price you see at checkout is the price you pay. We do not add shipping charges after you have ordered.

Processing your order

In-stock orders are generally prepared for dispatch within 1–3 business days. Orders placed over a weekend or public holiday are processed on the next business day.

You will receive an order confirmation by email straight away, and a separate notification once your order is on its way.

How long delivery takes

Orders are typically delivered within 5–10 days of being placed.

This is an estimate, not a guaranteed delivery date. It covers the whole journey from your order being placed to it arriving at your door, including the processing time above.

What can delay a delivery

Delivery estimates can be affected by:

  • customs and border clearance
  • courier schedules, capacity and operational issues
  • public holidays and peak periods
  • severe weather
  • deliveries to remote, rural or outlying areas, which can take noticeably longer than deliveries to major centres
  • delays within the destination postal or courier network
  • other circumstances outside our reasonable control

If your order is running late, contact us. We will investigate, find out where your parcel is, and keep you updated honestly until it is resolved. Your rights under South African consumer law apply in full, including where a delivery falls outside a reasonable period.

Customs clearance

Some orders pass through customs on the way to you. Customs clearance can add time to a delivery, and it is one of the more common reasons an order takes longer than the estimate above.

Order updates and tracking

When your order ships we send a confirmation email containing a link to your order status page. That link updates on its own and you do not need an account to use it.

Where the shipping method used for your order provides carrier tracking, tracking details are made available after dispatch and appear on that page. Tracking detail and update frequency vary by shipping method and destination, and for some deliveries updates can be limited or appear only at certain points in the journey. We do not promise live, step-by-step tracking on every order.

If you cannot find your order status link, contact us with the email address you ordered with and we will look it up for you.

Delivery addresses

Please check your delivery address carefully at checkout. You are responsible for giving us a complete and correct delivery address. If you spot a mistake, contact us immediately — we can usually correct it before dispatch.

If a parcel is returned to us because the address was incorrect or incomplete, because the courier could not contact you, or because delivery was refused, we will contact you to arrange redelivery. In those cases we may need to ask you to cover the cost of sending it out again. We will always tell you first, and we will never charge you without asking.

Failed delivery attempts

If the courier cannot reach you they will usually attempt delivery again or leave contact instructions. If an attempt fails and you have not heard anything, contact us and we will follow it up on your behalf.

Damaged, lost or incorrect parcels

Tell us as soon as you notice, and keep the original packaging. Photographs of the item and the packaging help us resolve it quickly and are what couriers ask for.

You will not be asked to pay return shipping on an item that arrived damaged, is faulty, or is not what you ordered.

Returns

Returns are covered separately in our Refund Policy, which gives you 7 days from delivery to start a return.
