Terms of service

These are the terms on which Pawmigo sells through pawmigo.co.za. By placing an order you agree to them.

Products and pricing

Prices are shown in South African Rand (ZAR) and are the amount payable at checkout. Pawmigo is not currently VAT registered, so no VAT is charged or added to the displayed price.

We try to describe and photograph our products accurately. Where a genuine error in price or description occurs, we will contact you before dispatching rather than silently cancelling or charging a different amount.

Orders

Placing an order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we confirm your order by email. We may decline an order — for example where an item is unavailable, where there is a pricing or description error, or where we cannot deliver to the address given. If we decline after payment, we refund in full.

Payment

Payment is taken through Shopify's hosted checkout using the payment methods enabled on the store. Card details are entered on Shopify's own encrypted checkout — Pawmigo does not see or store them.

Delivery

Delivery is free anywhere in South Africa, with no minimum spend. Standard delivery is estimated at 5–10 business days. This is an estimate, not a guaranteed date — public holidays, courier backlogs and weather can extend it. We do not currently ship outside South Africa.

Acceptable use of this site

Please do not attempt to interfere with the site's operation or security, or use it to send unlawful or abusive content.

Liability

We are responsible for loss you suffer as a direct result of our breaking these terms. We do not exclude or limit liability where it would be unlawful to do so — including liability under the Consumer Protection Act, and liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence or for fraud.

Your statutory rights

Nothing in these terms limits, replaces or excludes any right you have under the Consumer Protection Act, the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act, or any other applicable South African law.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version published at the time you place an order is the version that applies to that order.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
