What happens after you order

Order confirmed
We’ve received your order and emailed your order number. Nothing else is needed from you.

Preparing and packing
We prepare and pack your order and hand it to Aramex. You hear from us along the way, and if a dispatch date moves you are told before you have to ask.

On its way
The day it is dispatched you get your Aramex tracking number by email, to follow it to your door. While you wait, you hear from us so you are never guessing.

Delivered
To the address you gave at checkout, within 3–7 working days of your order. Someone should be there to receive it.
